This 63-year-old woman came to see Dr. Kerr with a desire to rejuvenate her face and attain a more refreshed and youthful appearance. She had developed sun damage, drooping neck skin, and a loss of cheek fullness.  Like many patients from Austin, Texas and surrounding areas like Lakeway, Bee Caves, and Georgetown, she was interested in facelift surgery to restore her beauty in a natural appearing way.

In surgery, Dr. Kerr was able to remove most of her excess skin, tighten the deeper facial structures, and better define her neck line. The new incisions were hidden in the folds of the ear and the hairline. Surgery took several hours, but the patient awoke in good spirits and was able to go home that night with her husband.

When she returned in follow-up, she was delighted with natural appearance of her face. She was not “overdone,” and the facelift and eyelid surgery did wonders for her self-confidence.
