This 70-year-old female was referred to Dr. Kerr by her grand-daughter who had undergone liposuction and breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the deep wrinkles and lines on her face, and wanted Botox treatments to lessen their appearance. Like many women in the Austin and Georgetown, Texas areas she wanted a quick remedy to improve her facial aesthetics without the downtime or expense of facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Kerr injected Botox into the prominent wrinkles above her nose (glabella) and forehead. They were nearly painless after he numbed the area with an icepack, and took only minutes to perform. She was able to leave the office and continue on with her day immediately.
When she came back in for her return appointment 2 weeks later the Botox was working perfectly. The deep wrinkles where much improved,  and she was thrilled with the great results for such minimal downtime.
