Our surgeons begin the procedure by making incisions that can be easily concealed within the hairline and natural creases along the front of the ear. Then, they lift and reposition the facial muscles and tissue underlying the skin. After carefully re-draping the skin and trimming any excess, they suture the incisions. Gone are the days of simply stretching the skin tight, which led to results that looked like patients had "work" done.
