This patient wanted to get her “pre-baby” body back after having several children and losing weight. She was unhappy with the volume and shape of her breasts, and felt that her stomach had too much loose skin. Like many women in the Austin, Texas area she wanted to restore her breasts and abdomen to the way they were before pregnancy with a mommy makeover surgery.

During her consultation with our doctor he explained that in order to provide a full rejuvenation of her breasts a breast lift as well as breast augmentation would be the best choice. He spoke with her in detail about the different incisions to accomplish this, and together they decided on a circumvertical scar with saline implants placed under the chest muscles. For her tummy he suggested a full tummy tuck in order to remove all of the extra skin and tighten the muscles underneath.

During surgery our doctor carefully removed extra skin, and tightened both her breasts and abdomen. He placed the saline implants, and made a point to disguise scars in natural borders when possible.

After recovering from surgery she was every excited with the results. She was back in a bikini, and really enjoyed the dramatic improvement in her body and her life.
