This 35-year-old female from Round Rock, Texas came to see our doctor at the Austin, Texas area plastic surgery office to discuss revision of her current breast implants. She had older saline implants and a breast lift that she wasn’t happy with.

Our doctor spent about an hour with her during her initial breast enhancement consultation. Together they discussed different options for breast augmentation revision and was explained the differences between saline and silicone breast implants, and the general plan for revisionary breast surgery.

Her surgery took a few hours, and changes were made to her implant pockets and incisions to make her breasts more even and similar than they were before surgery.

Her recovery was very rapid. Revisionary breast augmentation has a quicker recovery because the space for the breast implants already exists. She had very little pain and was back in work in only a few days. She is very happy with the new breast implants and the better breast shape.
