This 60-year-old female from Austin, Texas came to see our doctors at our Austin area plastic surgery practice because she was unhappy about the size and shape of her breast implants. She had undergone prior breast augmentation with silicone implants and wanted a more full look with her implants in a closer position. Our doctor recommended removing the breast implants and the capsule, replacing the silicone implants. She is now thrilled with her results and wishes she would have had the surgery years ago.
