I saw Dr. Kerr for a breast reduction in January of 2023. I’d never had surgery or been put under anesthesia, but everyone at Synergy was so kind and put me at ease right away. It was clear from the first consultation that Dr Kerr was good at what he does, and I felt really confident that he could help me. The surgery itself went really well, and the healing process was much easier than I anticipated. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! Would absolutely recommend Dr Kerr and synergy if you’re considering a surgical procedure!

I’ve recently lost over 100 lbs and Dr Ross Blagg was number 1 on my list of plastic surgeons to speak with. I had my consultation appointment today with Dr Blagg and appreciated the amount of time he took with me to discuss various procedures and recovery time for each surgery. He was very thorough and thoughtful in his explanations and answered every question I had. I never once felt like he was trying to up sell me by adding on more procedures. I came to Synergy for a breast reduction and had an amazing experience! Dr. Aisha White is efficient, detailed, and professional all while still remaining personable and fun. The staff was very helpful and flexible with scheduling. It was easy to contact who I needed to when I needed to. And of course, I am more than ecstatic about my results! I am about 7 weeks out from surgery and have already experienced the benefits of no back pain and more enjoyable physical activity. As a dancer, this was extremely important to me, and I am glad that Dr. White understood that and was just excited about my results as I was.

She didn’t attempt to sell other procedures to me and she truly put my needs before profit. Her warmth and kindness made me feel immediately at ease. Dr. White took extra time to answer my (many) questions before and after the procedure. Everything was thoroughly explained, which helped me a lot since I’d never had surgery before. I absolutely love the results and I truly enjoyed my experience with Dr. White and the entire staff at Synergy. Highly recommend!

Dr Crawford and Clarisa made me feel so comfortable during my consultation and helped me determine what size would be most appropriate and flattering for my shape and frame. Dr Crawford’s attention to detail and thorough consultation are just a couple of the things that made my experience so lovely. The day of my procedure was a breeze, all the women on the team were so kind and made me feel very comfortable and calm. My follow ups after were so fun thanks to Montana! She is also a gem!
